We've been at "square one", ourselves so you can trust we'll sort things out. There is no such thing as a question you shouldn't ask!  Give us a bit of info about your room size, listening tastes and budget so we can make a recommendation that fits your needs and your pocketbook.

Technical Questions/Support

Want to buy, but need to know how we think our offerings stack up against what you have now? Need specific advice on where to put an SVS speaker or subwoofer in your room? Well, you know you're in trouble when you contact some big company's service reps, and you either get no response, or worse, you discover you know more about your issue than the "support guy". We assure you that won't happen if you e-mail techsupport@svsound.com, you'll reach the very guys that design and build our subs.  Really hard questions go here.

If you have a sketch of your home theater/music room, you can fax (585) 486-1787 or e-mail it for an analysis of what SVS product might work best for you.  Just make sure you include all three dimensions (LxWxH), and indicate openings to other rooms, where your seats are, and the location of other key gear such as speakers or subwoofers you are looking to replace or supplement.   NOTE: Please ensure your fax includes your full e-mail address, name, a  phone number...  and that all notations are written in large block letters as legibly as possible.  Sending your fax in  "Fine" mode can help clarity too.  A separate e-mail to  techsupport@svsound.com, alerting us to  your fax is also highly recommended.  We get lots of faxes and want to be sure gets the attention it deserves!
