SB-3000 - Black Ash - Outlet - 1278

Purchased this sub to replace two older PB-1000's that I've had for some time. I wanted to update my system with a tighter bass effect in my smaller room. Not saying the PB was "boomy", but after consulting with Nick I felt this was an upgrade versus a lateral move. My brother scored on this deal cause I hooked him up with the PB's for his system!

I'm pairing this with your SB-3000 R/Evolution that I was able to get for a great price. So the two sub's sound great, level matched them/ calibrated them with YPAO, happy with the purchases! I will be adjusting/ tuning them with your staff's support as time goes along.

I've had your subs for years, yeah, you're a little expensive, but I'm totally comfortable knowing that you support your products/ customers completely. That's a good feeling when you spend money! I ALWAYS look at your stuff first.

I purchased a slightly scratched - barely noticeable by the way - piano finished SB-3000 for a second subwoofer in my home theater system. It is the right size for this purpose and a breeze to move around and install. In my system it works great, evening out and bolstering the low frequencies. I use Dirac ART to digitally balance the system and the SVS really did help increase the overall headroom. I recommend SVS and especially browsing the refurbished outlet for great deals like this.

This subwoofer has expanded the fullness and made my music even more engaging. I have a pair of Klipsch rp8000f2 speakers as the front speakers of my 5.1 Klipsch setup and a Marantz Cinema 60 receiver driving them all. This subwoofer goes deep, is extremely tight, and has greatly improved the system.
