PB-2000 Pro - Outlet

From start to finish SVS exceeded my expectations. From speaking to real people at customer service to my communications with Jonathan West who is an old school audio file like myself. We have enjoyed a simple home theater system in my residence since 1984 powered by mid upper end equipment. There has always been something missing and once I made the decision to step it up with subwoofers undeniably, the finest advertising campaign I’ve ever seen keeps popping into my view. Absolutely amazing. The product looks good and clean, and the advertising seems honest and accurate. Due to the large volume of space that I needed to fill, we went with two of the SV 2000 pro units.

I think for the money we have made wise choice. My wife, skeptical of the amount of money I was spending for speakers when there were 6x Full range15 to 18 inch woofer speakers already aimed in our direction. The speakers came in packed extremely well. Fit and finish was as expected, very nice. Now the moment of truth simple connections, and flipping the switches. Putting on the first movie and watching the expressions from each other, enjoying being part of the attraction, a moving experience to say the least. I’m sure that the top of the Line products are for superior to our current experience, but I think for the money you cannot complain even if you had spent a bit more for the same product. I’ve heard many friends subwoofers over the years, big box store offerings and was never really impressed with the output or power. While building out a modest Hifi/surround system for myself did the research and for my budget this sub kept coming up to the top. It’s just great for music and movies. Tight bass for music and epic for movies. I can’t wait to get another now when the budget allows. You won’t be disappointed with a PB-2000 pro if your budget is in this price range. Highly satisfied!

after doing a bunch of research on what sub I wanted for my setup I decided to go with SVS. I purchased one in October and by December I ordered my second one lol. I was blown away with what a single one can do but I've always wanted dual and I've always loved bass. For all you bass heads yes one will definitely shake your room or even house. I live in a 3 story town home and can feel the walls shake no matter what room or floor I go to so be prepared. The dual makes everything sound so much more balanced and I can feel the extra output. From my experience it works great for music movies and even video games. I mostly run them both ported but they do come with plugs if you prefer sealed. I have a Yamaha RX-A760 receiver connected to a bose acoustimass 5 series ii with front dual bose redline cube speakers and a bose vcs-10 for my center speaker. I am also running two bose 201 series iv speakers for surround and two SVS prime satellite speakers also for surround completing my 7.2 setup. I am more than happy with these I hope you are as well oh and the customer service really is great and they are willing to help you with any and all questions you might have.

Beyond expectations from this subwoofer. I have an older M&K THX subwoofer that was originally 2,500.00 new and the new SVS PB2000 blows it out of the water !!!

I never expected such sound from this basically entry level sub !!!

I have to rewatch all movies now . I ordered this new sub because I got a new Emotiva surround receiver and I have Klipsch speakers . I now hear and feel the base ( the sofa literally dances on lower frequencies, as do the picture frames on the wall )

Anyone considering this unit should not hesitate , you will not be disappointed.
