    Premium cables I trust

These cables are extremely durable and high-quality. The braiding is thick, but the cable retains flexibility. The HDMI connector is thin and narrow for accessibility, but a little longer than other cables I have. It feels sturdy and well-built in hand. The cables just feel substantial in the way you expect well-built items to feel.

Not to sugarcoat it: these are expensive cables. You can spend more, but you can easily spend less for other equivalent cables. The reason I bought these cables was not because of the brand but because of the company. Sure, I can get decent 8K cables from other places, but when I buy from SVS, I know I’m buying from a company that isn’t just trying to maximize shareholder value but is passionate about what they sell; I know if I ever have an issue that affects my ability to enjoy great media, they’ll be here to help. Whenever I can, I buy SVS products because they’ve always responded quickly to my questions or concerns and made sure I had everything I needed to get my system up and running.

    SVS Excellence **********

Lightning FRIED my Plasma , Yamaha RX 3030A , DVD , Cable Box, I needed to replace 4 Cables. I did not know at the time I needed more than 2. The SVS is so much better than the other 2 I bought. SVS snaps in tight , no wiggle. Needed for new Yamaha A6A Receiver and accessories. Their SUBS are the BEST out there !!!!!

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an HDMI 2.1 cable for 4K or 8K?

Yes – If you’re using 4K at 120Hz, 8K video, or modern gaming consoles like PS5 or Xbox Series X. HDMI 2.1 cables support up to 48Gbps bandwidth, ensuring full resolution, refresh rates, and advanced features without signal issues.

Does an HDMI cable affect picture or sound quality?

Only if it can’t handle the required bandwidth. A certified Ultra High Speed HDMI cable ensures stable signal transmission for 4K, 8K, HDR and high refresh rates without dropouts or flickering.

Is this HDMI cable compatible with older TVs and receivers?

Yes. HDMI 2.1 cables are fully backward compatible, so they work with older HDMI devices while supporting the latest formats when you upgrade your system.

Do longer HDMI cables lose signal quality?

Not when properly designed. A certified Ultra High Speed HDMI cable maintains signal integrity across its rated length, ensuring consistent performance without degradation.
