    Great Sub. Excellent Customer Service

    My sub had a few simple controls. This SVS allows for amazingly detailed adjustments (parametric frequency adjustments, phase, gain, crossover, etc ) accessible through the iPhone app.

    I ordered direct from SVS. My sub arrived with minor damage, The shipping company clearly mishandled the sub, but I asked SVS to exchange the unit.

    SVS was prompt and helpful. This is a company that values their customers and cares about the customer service experience. [Unlike: phone trees taking you in circles, Ai virtual agents—essentially robots with more laid-back voices, or off-shore call centers of low-wage agents relying on troubleshooting scripts]

    To be clear: I didn’t get any payment, perk or freebie to write this.

    Fantastic!

    I bought this subwoofer to compliment my parents' two channel system. It was everything I hoped for and more. It's very controlled and has great deep bass extension. And most of all it takes up very little room in their living room. They constantly compliment it on how they hear things in their music, movies, and TV shows that they never heard before.

    Fantastic Sub

    Picked a blemished version up from the outlet, sounds fantastic. I have it connected to my desktop and this sub has a ceiling I will never reach, love it!

    My Second Micro for Two Portable Systems

    This sub works perfectly in all regards for my systems. Size, weight, volume, lows and app capabilities have exceeded my expectations. One system is a portable 5.1 A/V projection setup for extended vacations and club movies/presentations. The second is a 2.1 system for NFL tailgating. Bravo.
