    A TRUE Upgrade!

    Upgrading my old, inexpensive subwoofer to the SVS 3000 Micro literally upgraded my entire setup! My listening room is 13' x 13' and my old sub was way too boomy. The 3000 Micro blended in so easily with my current 5.1.2 setup that my 20 year old Athena Audition Series speakers sound better than ever! This is a fantastic sounding sub for Music (very "musical"), Movies and Gaming. Instrument separation and clarity is amazing as well as the authoritative handling of strong bass moments like much larger subs!

    Impressive power

    I love this subwoofer, perfect in every way from design, features, finish, and even the way it's packaged! It really is a 5 star product.

    I listen to music at relatively low volumes and these sub's provide the low end muscle that my stereo amplifier simply can't deliver, the result is music that sounds richer, fuller and more engaging.

    SVS 3000 Micro is Amazing!

    I have experienced a few subwoofers. 02 KEFs Kube 8, 02 KEFs Kube 10, Definitive Technology Descent DN12, Sunfire True Subwoofer EQ 10 and now just one SVS 3000 Micro. I can say now that I'm happy. It's amazing what this little subwoofer can do for films and music. The SVS App is also a clear result of a team passionate for their mission. Congratulations SVS. The 3000 micro is a masterpiece.

    Oh my gosh

    This little subwoofer is awesome. I liked it so much I bought two of them. You can’t go wrong with this sub with the phone app where you can control it with your phone that is also awesome. it so easy they have a lot of base. Good booming base. I’ll show them in the pictures hiding behind my homemade speakers in the man cave you have a hard time seeing them. worked out great cause they’re nice and small I love them SVS YES.

    Best Vinyl Upgrade Ever

    I was looking to upgrade my sub for use with a new vinyl setup in my office. The sub I had was fine but too large for my small space. I wanted something that would fit comfortably under my desk. I also wanted a sub more suited for music, i.e., sealed. My existing sub was ported and a bit “boomy”. It was basically just loud at lower frequencies. Great for PC gaming, not so great for music.

    After much research, I ended up with 3 choices. I did not audition any of the subs so I started with the SVS 3000 Micro because of the no hassle, shipping paid, return policy – not to mention world class customer support. Moreover, I’m sure any of the three would have been a great improvement and because I have not heard the other two, I just want to share why I kept the 3000 Micro:

    Cost – a bit high but within my budget and half the price of another choice

    Support – SVS proven record of excellent customer support

    Size – perfect fit for under my desk

    App – the IOS app is just awesome. No more crawling on the floor with a flashlight to change settings. I used REW to identify some room issues and took advantage of the 3 parametric EQ settings available. Remeasured and got small but improved flatter results.

    Opposing Drivers – effectively suppresses any vibrations generated by either driver. The music may shake the floor but not the cabinet. This sub, for all intents and purposes, is inert – perfect for playing vinyl!
