    Great job Gary in the quality of your tech support as it is superb with extended hours. it has been a pleasure knowing that when I need a component or something goes astray that Scott Miller and Brian have always calmed me down and in a non threatening technical way walked me through issues...     pb12-plus

    After owning and building a few subs I've come to the conclusion the pb12-plus looks the ferrari of subwoofers. After a little tweaking with the built in eq Ive been able to reach bass nirvana in my 2100 cu ft room. Overall I'm impressed.

    Couldn’t be happier

    I love this subwoofer very impressed and definitely has more definition then my Infiniti Psb12 which indicated specs are 400w rms at 24hertz 700 peak which I always felt to be inflated. The SVS sub makes me want to replace my current speakers systems with SVS

    The Quality of the Sub is over the top, Could not be happier with my purchase it

    The Purchase, Customer Support and Warranty 5 Full Years from day of delivery.

    It was a challange at first because of shipping issues with product and being used when told by your Support Team it was New when purchase was completed.

    After the dust settled and a second Speaker/ Sub being delivered and the assurance of our purchase was in fact New. We felt at that time assured all bases were covered and Sub as delivered was New as guarenteed by phone conversations and via emails shared.

    We are happy with our purchase and at this time we have had no issues with its performance outputs.

    We do thank you once again for youre Teams Custoner support and the Quality that went with it. Youre 5 year bumper to bumper Warranty also made it worth the confusion and final out come of the confirmed purchase.
