    SVS Ultra Evolution Pinnacle

    Finally I have found what I’ve been searching for! 10+ years ago I purchased a set of Polk audio flagship RTI 12 speakers and have been listening to them for quite some time. About two years ago I searched to replace them and have gone through three other sets of tower speakers but have not found anything to replace the Polk audio RTI 12s. These speakers blow them away in every aspect, looks, imaging, sound quality and especially output!

    Gorgeous Speakers

    The finish on these towers is amazing, i went with the white version and they just look awesome, also love the design shape! I am still breaking these speakers in while waiting for the new PB 17 ultra sub to arrive but so far they sound great at the lower volumes i have been listing to them with. I'm driving these with a new Emotiva gen 3 3 channel amp with the matching SVS ultra center Excited to pair these with the new sub and open them up some.

    Upgrade Itas Cured

    These things are huge (in a good way)! I'm so glad I got them in piano black.

    They sit in my media room with the majesty of a baby grand. These replaced the Prime Pinnacles which were the best floor standers I've owned up to that point, but these things, these monsters! The imaging, the seamless blend with my other 7.4.4, all SVS. After DIRAC, the details are complete. It's a warm sound but never muddy. These don't sound any particular way. They reveal. Customer service handled these through SVS upgrade program and was seamless. I think I will keep them.

    Truly Pinnacle

    There just isn’t any need to spend more for something only equally Good. 20, 30, 50k? Now we’re talking Obscene. Audiophile hobbyists talk about diminishing returns and in terms of a speakers sonic qualities they couldn’t be more right. And it’s a steep curve I’m afraid to say. Start with the SVS Ultra Evolution Pinnacles and sonic improvements over these speakers drops off really fast. With a good amp, preamp and source (recently acquired Cambridge EXN100), these speakers perform impeccably. Full bodied throughout the entire sonic spectrum, they are Never harsh, possess a holographic sound stage and are equally at home with any kind of music. I added the SB17 subwoofer for movies and Wow! If you start with these speakers (don’t forget about the 45 day free returns), I don’t think you’ll regret your decision.
