    Great products better customer service

    I have had many SVS products over the years. I just recently purchased a pair of prime wireless speakers and was blown away by the build and sound quality. When I recieved my speakers I needed longer wire that joined the two speakers together. So I decided to email SVS at about 5:30 in the evening hoping they would get back to me the next day. To my surprise less than 10 minutes later I recieved not an email but a phone call from an SVS rep. They asked me what my needs were and literally two days later had my cord. Your attention to customer service is outstanding! Thanks again for amazing products and even better customer service.

    I recently purchased Prime Pinnacle Towers, Prime center and dual SB2000s so purchasing the wireless speakers for my workplace was a no brainer.     Prime Wireless Pro Review -- From an old school Audiophile

    I am not new to SVS and have a PB12 Sub in my reference system which cost a little over 65k – I am only mentioning price because it is my point of reference in comparing what I purchased from SVS with Prime Wireless Pro – PWP.

    Over the last couple of years, I have tolerated the sound of the sound bar, I had in the family room because it actually improved the quality of sound from the TV. However, the soundbar was never up to my standards, so the initial goal was to replace the soundbar to improve the setup in the family room for better sound with the TV and not install a full-blown Home Theatre.

    In my reference system, it is so good that watching a movie with just my two front speakers in 2.1 stereo (default when I turn on Preamp) is so good that many times, I don’t even realize that I did not switch to 5.1. So, my goal was to use two channels with SVS in hope that I could get somewhat close to my reference system with just two channels and a SUB. Trust me, my expectations were not my reference system from anything I was looking at for 2.1, but to get a little of that room filling effect and little further from the speakers, so lower expectations.

    2.1 on my reference system will literally knock me in the chest and fill the entire room with sound (a large room) and great imaging. That first voice in the Dune movie and when they used the “Voice” on my reference system in 2 channel pierces your body and fills the entire room and does this in 2 channel – very…
