PC12-Plus - Outlet - 1007N

I purchased two PB 12 NSD subs five years ago. Was very pleased with them although they seemed to struggle a bit to reach the movie levels I wanted in my large room. Toward the end of the warranty period, one of them developed a problem. I upgraded to a PC 12 Plus and integrated it with the PB 12 NSD. Because the performance and value of the 12 Plus have been well documented in many sources, I will limit my review to the following statement. The PC 12 Plus seems to have extended the frequency response a bit and, more importantly, provided more "heft" through, I assume, its increased headroom.

The critical portion of this review relates to the quality of the customer service which appears to be an integral part of the SVS culture. Without going into details, I worked with Jack and we came up with a deal that, after being approved by Ed, was very favorable to me while providing SVS with a satisfied customer who will tout their brand and send future business, including my own, their way. Other reviews had touted the customer service and I learned firsthand how they are truly concerned about their customers. This is how customer service ought to be done and it would behoove other companies to adopt such a practice. Kudos, SVS!

Replaced a very old Sunfire sub with a PC12-Plus and could not be happier! I don’t wish to sound like a youngster, but dang, it’s awesome!

Yes, I can literally feel the bass. I have not put too much music through it as of yet, but for movies, I have no complaints. Well - one actually - it puts out enough deep bass that I am discovering more things rattle in my home!

I’m not going to go into any talk about articulation, speed, or any other buzzwords that would apply. I bought it, I like it, I don’t regret it in the least.
